At SUPPA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your invoice to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received them
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Any parts that have been painted, sprayed, modified, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund and will be disposed of upon receipt.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

International Returns

  • Shipping times may vary.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged or defective, it must be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery and noted on their delivery record. Unfortunately, damage claims not logged with the driver at delivery cannot be accepted.


Handling Charge

Products will have a 20% handling charge.


Postage Policy

When returning a product the postage back to us will be paid by the customer.

If item is incorrectly purchased the initial postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the part you need is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is approved and processed, you’ll be refunded for the original item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
